Attach the pin-plug of the black test lead to the COM-jack and the
pin-plug of the red test lead to the V-, A-, Ω-jack.

Touch the diode to be tested with the probes. The forward voltage shows
400 to 700mV. The counter voltage shows „OL" or "1". Defective devices
show a value about 0 mV or „OL" or "1" in both polarities.
10 BASE-T Test
1.
Connect an RJ45 cable to the transmitting end and plug the other end into
the receiver connector.

Turn the power on (POWER ON). The upper LED-row shows the test run,
when "Auto mode" is activated and LED Pin 1 is on, if "Manually" is
selected.

If the connectors of the two cable ends are connected correctly, the LEDs
in the bottom row corresponding to the top row.
RJ11 Cable Test
Please follow directions for the UTP/STP Cable Test and use the operations
manual for the correct LED pin out display
KOAX Cable Test
1.
Insert the two supplied BNC adapter cable to both RJ45 connectors. Then
connect the cable to be tested with the ends of the BNC adapter.
