SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
- "IMPULSE SEAL" function (L): it is recommen-
ded to use this function to make the seal in which
it is not necessary to make the vacuum. Press once
to select the function, lower the lid and start the
process. To deselect the active function, press the
ON / OFF key.
- "PULSE VAC" function (L): press the "PUL-
SE VAC" key to select the function. Then press
and hold the "START" button on the display or
the handle until you have reached the desired
vacuum level, at which point you have to press
the "SEAL" button to proceed to the sealing.To
deselect the active function, press the ON / OFF
key or wait 25 seconds and it will automatically
deactivate.
- "CANISTER" function: this function enables
production of vacuums in special recipients.
Connect the suction tube to the recipient connec-
tor (Figure 1, point 6) and the other end to the
recipient (the suction tube and recipients are not
included with the vacuum sealer). Press the
"CANISTER" key once the connections are in
place to begin the suction process. Once the
maximum vacuum level is reached the machine
will stop automatically. The recipient may then
be disconnected. This function can only be used
with accessories designed especially for vacuum
packing.

- "MARINATE" function: food may be marinated
in special recipients using this function. Insert the
food to be marinated into the recipient along with
the seasoning.
Important: ground spices which are not well
mixed with the sauce may obstruct or cause
serious damage to the vacuum pump.
Connect the suction tube to the recipient connec-
tor (Figure 1, point 6) and the other end to the
recipient (the suction tube and recipients are not
included with the vacuum sealer). Press the
"MARINATE". Then press the "START" key (on the
display or on the handle) and the process will be-
gin. Pressing the key once, the marinade will be
fast 15 minutes (mode 1) or pressing twice, the
marinade will be 27 minutes (mode 2). The selec-
ted mode will appear on the display ("1" or "2").
The vacuum sealer will begin suction and air im-
pulse sequences which enable the seasoning to
penetrate the pores of the foodstuff. This function
can only be used with accessories specially desig-
ned for vacuum
packing.
