Possible causes
1 - Machine is not

a flat and stable

Solution
Connected the machine
to the power source.
Connected the machine
directly to the power
source.
Connect another device
to check the power
supply.
Store the coffee machine
in a proper environment
and run 2 supplies
without capsules.
Descale the machine.
Check the surface.
Check the correct
position of the cable into
the base of the machine.
Fit the movable parts
properly.
Insert Lavazza capsule or
compatible.
Press one of the buttons
and check the operation
of the pilot light (ON
with white blinking
light) and the machine
power-on.
Check the water
connection.
Repeat the coffee
machine power-on
procedure.
