Instructions for use
After having fixed the machine to the table with the provided clamp (fig. 5), insert the handle into
the hole and position the regulating knob as desired by pulling it outwards and turning it (fig. 6). If
you prefer to use the motor, attach the Pastadrive Motor with the handy bayonet fitting, as shown
in the instruction manual itself (fig. 7). If using Pastadrive, you do not need to fix Marga Mulino to
the table with the clamp.
Position 6 is suitable to obtain wholemeal flour, whereas positions from 1 to 4 are indicated to
get cereal flakes.
Insert cereals in the hopper and turn the handle as shown in figure 8. It is suggested to do not
fill the hopper completely to prevent the hole from getting clogged, making it impossible for the
rollers to work.
The wholemeal flour or cereal flakes thus obtained will be collected into the tray. If you wish to

obtain a thinner flour, pass the product several times throught position 6. If the flour does not
come down easily from the hopper, accompany it using the brush provided.
