Flour
To obtain flour, we recommend
proceeding with pre-processing,
making the grains pass through in
sequence to positions 1, 3 and 5.
When finished, turn the regulating
knob to position 6, thus allowing
the three rollers to work
simultaneously.
The first pair of rollers breaks the
grains, whereas, by passing through
the third roller, processing is refined
and flour is produced (fig. 3).
For finer finishes, instead, we
recommend going back to position
6 several times. Pass the final flour
through a sieve to remove the bran.
