Filling the Sandblasting Tanks
Attention:
Never press the foot switch during filling.

• Ventilate the blasting tank completely by pressing the ventilation
valve (5)�
• Unscrew the tank lid (4)� (If it is not possible to loosen the lid,
there is still pressure within the blasting tank >>> Press the ven-
tilation valve again!)
• Add abrasive up to the maximum fill level (Fig. 7) (the point
where the tank jacket thickens just below the thread)�
• Reinstall the tank cover�
Before closing the tank, be sure to clean the threads in the
cover and the tank to remove any abrasive residue.
Caution: Do not tilt the tank lid when unscrewing.
Always use only clean, dry abrasive of the appropriate grain size
(refer to the accessories)�
The sandblasting unit is now operational.

Authorised sandblasting material
• Cobra (Renfert GmbH)
• Rolloblast (Renfert GmbH)
• ROCATEC (3M ESPE)
Sandblasting materials from other manufacturers may be used providing the grain size, grain shape and
degree of purity comply with the above mentioned materials�
The company Renfert GmbH assumes no liability for function and durability of the units if other sandblast-
ing material is used�

Adjusting the Operating Pressure
• Activate the foot switch and set the blasting pressure at the
pressure regulator (1) of the respective blasting tank� The blast-
ing pressure will be shown on the pressure gauge (6)�
During longer downtimes, the pressure within the blasting tanks
will reduce� By short activation of the foot switch the set pressure
within in the blasting tanks will be restored�

Air nozzle
The air nozzle (13, Fig� 1) can be used to remove sandblasting
residues and dust�

Operation
• Switch the illumination on (3)�
If the membrane key is damaged or defect, please discon-
nect the device and send away for repair! If the membrane is
removed there is the risk of an electrical shock!
• Select the blasting tank at the selection switch (9, Fig� 1)�
Do not operate the foot switch during tank selection.
• Take the respective hand piece from the selected blasting tank
(see coloured marking)�
• Activate the foot switch (25, Fig� 1)�
The sandblasting material will flow as long as the foot switch is
activated�
