Before removing the crumb tray, let the toaster cool down for at least ten
minutes after the last use.
Before maintenance, cleaning or putting the appliance away, unplug from the mains
supply and let the appliance cool down.
Cleaning is quick and easy thanks to the crumb tray. Just pull the handle that is
provided for this purpose. Carry out this operation regularly (Fig. 12).
Never immerse the toaster in water or any other liquid to clean it.
Never use an abrasive sponge to clean the toaster. Clean it with a damp cloth and
wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
Wipe using a warm cloth and then put the crumb tray back in place.
Never use the toaster without the crumb tray.
