Overlocking
With the Kenmore Serger, you can trim, overedge and
seam--all
in one operation--
when making shirts, blouses,
swimsuits and any type of knit sportswear.
The flat narrow seam allowance can be pressed to one
side.
The color and weight of all threads should match the fabric
you are serging.
NOTE
We recommend using a conventional sewing machine to
sew a row of straight stitches over the needle thread line
to reinforce seams in high stress areas.
