8 Maintenance
If repair is required, send the complete battery to our Sales & Service Center!
It may be repaired only by authorized technicians. Opening the battery will void the warranty.

Battery is not fully charged.
The warning threshold for undervolt-
age is not set to minimum value.

Troubleshooting
Measure
Use fully charged battery.

Set the undervoltage to 37,2 Volt

using the control on the tool
screen.
Using a high torque for a longer period
of time will reduce the number of run-
downs to be achieved with one battery
charge.

Recharge battery with charger

Replace battery

Leave the battery to cool. Display

expires.
Remove short-circuit.

Push battery on to battery charger.

This will reset the error message.
Replace battery
