•
Unwrap hose from unit. Attach to output of pump.
•
Attach spray gun to quick connect on hose.
•
Unwrap power cord from unit. Plug into appropriate outlet. Test and reset GFCI.
•
Attach water supply hose to unit (2.5 gallons per minute minimum). Make sure screen
washer is in place.
•
Turn on water. To prime the pump, squeeze the spray gun trigger until water exits nozzle for
3 seconds.
Normal Coil Cleaning
•
Attach yellow cleaning nozzle (size 1508) to spray gun.
•
While holding spray gun trigger open, flip power switch (rear of unit) to "ON" position.
•
Spray condenser with plenty of water to remove loose debris.
•
Remove yellow cleaning nozzle.
•
Attach black cleaning nozzle (size 2540).
•
Make sure chemical pickup hose is in chemical container and the tip is at the bottom.
•
Apply water/chemical solution evenly to coils (siphon ratio is approximately 10:1).
•
Allow chemical to dwell on coil per manufacturer's recommended time.
•
Remove black soaping nozzle, attach yellow cleaning nozzle, and thoroughly rinse coils
with clean water.
•
When done, flip power switch to the "OFF" position and relieve pressure in hose.
General Maintenance and Storage
•
If using with coil cleaning chemicals, run clean water through the pump when done.
•
Store unit indoors.
•
IMPORTANT! Replace water seals immediately if pump leaks between head and crankcase.
