1. Immediately interrupt all load movements
2. Secure the lift table against further use
3. Notify your superior
WARNING!
Risk of death and severe injury from improper transport
Always transport the lift table with suitable hoisting and transport devices (e.g. forklift
or crane).
Check delivery uponreceipt for damage.
Report a damaged product immediately to the supplier/forwarder.
Store the lift table at a clean and dry place at -10 °C to +50 °C.

Observe the operating instructions.
Observe the accident prevention regulations.
WARNING!
Perform maintenance and repairs only at the lift table without load and
pressure.
Lower the table onto the inspection supports for all cleaning, maintenance, and
repair work.

Only specialists are allowed to work on the hydraulic and the mechanical
system.
Use personal protective equipment.
Replace the screw plug (2) with the vent
plug (1) (refer to Fig. 1)
Check the oil level (→ 7.6)
Vent the lifting cylinder if required (→ 7.8)
Install the sliding handle [4] and secure it with the pin [3]
Tighten all bolts with the specified torque (→ 10.3)
