Check of the Hydraulic Hoses
An annual inspection for operationally safe condition is prescribed for hydraulic hoses. The inspection
shall be performed by a specialist.

Replacement of Hydraulic Hoses
Only use original spare parts.

Use the foot pump [2] to lift the unloaded tabletop.
Use the lowering valve [1] and lower the lift table onto the inspection supports [5].
Check that the lifting mechanism sits fitting on the inspection supports [5].
Turn the vent screw [14] 0.5 turns until oil is discharged without bubbles.
Close the vent screw [14].
Oil level check (→ 7.6).
Inspection of the hoses for damage on the outer sheath, tears, bends, cuts, separation,
abrasion, brittleness, etc.
Does the hose show deformations?
Is there any leakage between hose and fitting?
Does the hose slide off the fitting?
Replace a hose immediately when a defect is found.
Pressure hoses shall be replaced as required, but at least after 6 years.
Use the foot pump [2] to lift the unloaded tabletop.
Position the inspection supports [5] vertically.
Use the lowering valve [1] and lower the lift table onto the inspection supports [5].
Set an oil pan under the valve block.
Replace the hydraulichoses.
Tighten all hydraulicconnections.
Vent the cylinders (→ 7.8).
Fold up the inspection supports [5].
Oil level check (→ 7.6).
