3.2 Front control panel
1
7-segment display
It shows general power source information during start-
up, during welding operations (settings and readings of
output current and voltage) and during fault conditions
(alarm codes).
The display of the current and/or voltage measurements
is enabled during welding operations and for a few sec-
onds after welding is over.
The display of the measurements is replaced by the set
value as soon as any modification is carried out manually.
2
Welding parameters
Welding current - Wire speed
Arc length - Welding voltage
Program retrieval
N.4 External parameter (Consult the "Set up" - power
source section)
3
Selection key
It allows the required welding parameter to be selected:
- welding current / wire speed
- arc length / welding voltage
- program
4
Up-Down button
They enable the welding parameters and program
selection/adjustment.
The up and down buttons are self-repeating at progres-
sive speed (the function is enabled when the system is
powered - the function is disabled during welding).

- Clean the power source inside by means of low-
pressure compressed air and soft bristle brushes.
- Check the electric connections and all the con-
nection cables.
For the maintenance or replacement of torch components,
electrode holders and/or earth cables:
Check the temperature of the component and
make sure that they are not overheated.
Always use gloves in compliance with the safety
standards.
Use suitable wrenches and tools.
Failure to carry out the above maintenance will invalidate all
warranties and exempt the manufacturer from any liability.
