MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY

All LIU JO LUXURY smartwatches are built with highly professional
technical criteria, using innovative, qualitatively tested materials.
LIU JO LUXURY smartwatches are water resistant but are not suitable
for diving and water sports, as the effectiveness of the seals could be
compromised.
For all models it is recommended not to press the buttons / not to pull
the crown out in direct contact with water.
WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain the warranty service, the customer must present the
warranty certificate or write to customerservice@liujo.com to be
guided in case of online purchase. This certificate, to be valid, must be
duly completed and dated by the dealer from whom the smartwatch
was purchased. The insurance postage costs for sending the smartwatch
to an authorized service center are exclusively borne by the owner of
the smartwatch.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your smartwatch is guaranteed for twenty-four months from the date
of purchase according to the conditions specified in this document.
This warranty is valid internationally and covers any defect in materials
and workmanship.
