Trouble Shooting

1.
When product does not work
Unplug the power plug once and reconnect it.
Make sure that the hose plug is completely connected to the main unit.
If the hose plug is not inserted correctly, it is disconnected or it is not connected,
it will not work.
Insert the hose plug all the way into the body.

When the product works but is not smooth
Press the POWER button to turn on the device.
Some functions may not work properly if the device has been kept at an unsuitable
temperature for a long time.
- Please use after 2 hours at room temperature
Check if the air hose is bent.
Check for air leaks.
1)
If the hose is missing from the cuff Insert the missing hose into the hose inlet
of the cuff.
2)
If the device and hose plug are connected incorrectly -> Insert the hose plug
firmly into the device.
3)
If air leaks from the cuff or air hose, etc. — Please contact the customer service
center for repair and use.
It may cause static electricity during use, but it is not a malfunction of the product.
There may be a wind noise while using the product, but this is to prevent the safety
of the user and damage to the product. It is a safety device and it is not a
malfunction.

If the plug or power cord is damaged
Please contact Customer Service Center for repair.
