TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The device does not work
- Check if the supply cord is properly connected and not damaged.
- Check whether the bag is in the correct position and not outside the vacuum chamber.
- Make sure the lid is closed properly.
2. Air is not removed from the bag completely
- Make sure the open end of the bag is properly inserted in the vacuum chamber. If the edge of the bag overlaps the
gasket of the vacuum groove, the air will not be sucked out, although the seal is tight.
- Check for leaks by immersing the bag in a canister filled with water. Any escaping bubbles indicate a leak. In this
