2.3 General safety information
CAUTION: DANGER (injury to persons and damage to property)!
Assembly, disassembly, repair and use can be life-threatening and cause
damage to property if the following instructions are not followed:

The floor must be solid, immovable, sufficiently load-bearing and level in a horizontal
direction

The maximum permissible ground inclination is 2° when the equipment is unladen

Suitable protective clothing such as protective gloves and safety boots must be worn
when using the product and for (assembly) work with and on the product.

Do not leave the product unattended in public places, and ensure it is
inaccessible to unauthorised persons.

Do not leave loads unattended on the load carrier without securing the load!

The parking brakes must be applied before loading, lifting and lowering.

Always place the load carrier in the lower end position when the equipment is not in use

Only use the product fully assembled, inspected and in perfect condition. Damage must
be immediately reported and remedied. In the event of damage, it is not permitted to
use the product until a proper and professional repair has been completed.

The product must be secured to prevent use until it has been completely repaired.

The load may only be raised and lowered if the entire lifting area is free of people and
obstacles.

If used improperly, there is a risk of tipping over.

Never move the product when persons are stood on it
-
It is only permitted to move the equipment by hand.

It must only be moved slowly and evenly.
-
It is prohibited to move the equipment with aids (e.g. towing vehicles)!

The route must be free of obstacles.

The product may only be moved in a straight line on an even and load-bearing floor and
exclusively in a forward direction in the line of sight

The product may only be moved with the load lowered and secured against falling
2.4 Residual risks
CAUTION: DANGER (injury to persons and damage to property)!
In compliance with all operating instructions, the following residual risks
cannot be excluded:

Risk of crushing the feet while driving
- Danger of lateral tilting
- Risk of the load falling, especially if the load is unsecured
- Risk of tipping back, in particular when the load carrier is placed on an obstacle
- Crushing, shearing and feeding points
