6.2 Repair/maintenance
WARNING! Please note! There is a risk of death and injury. Please follow all
safety instructions for repairs, in particular points 1.3, 2.3, 2.6 and 4.3

The manufacturer must be contacted when repairing or replacing equipment elements.

Only original spare parts from the manufacturer may be used, which are listed in the
supplied spare parts list

Any necessary repair of the crank/winch may only be carried out by the manufacturer

The functionality of the product must be inspected after the repair work has been
completed. Use the checklist under point 6.4 for this purpose

The chain must be lubricated regularly
6.3. Periodic inspection in accordance with UVV and VBG

The product must be regularly inspected on a periodic basis for its operational safety by a
qualified person.

Country-specific laws, rules, standards must be taken into account in the inspection.

The inspection intervals must be adjusted to the operating conditions, although the
inspection must be completed at least once a year.

The inspection must be documented in writing and presented on request.
