Connect the cooktop
connection to an H05V2V2-F power supply cable
with corresponding minimum cross-section (see table
below).

The rating plate with basic information is attached on
the lower side of the appliance.

The mains cable should be fed through the fastening
clip which protects it from being accidentally pulled
out.

Close the power supply housing with the power
supply cover.

Ensure that the cable is not trapped or damaged and
is not able to come into contact with any hot areas on
the cooktop.

The appliance is generally configured to the
maximum available power, shown in the technical
data table. It's possible to set an operating mode with
power limitation. This setting can be made at the time
of installation or subsequently by a specialized
technician. See chapter on service menu.
WARNING! THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE GROUNDED
The electrical safety of this appliance can only be
guaranteed when continuity is complete between it and
an effective earthing system, which complies with
current local and national safety regulations.

4.10 Service Menu

•
The dealer and service menu can be called up up to
2 minutes after the appliance has been connected to
the power supply.
•
The system adopts and saves the settings made
when you exit the corresponding menu item.
•
Below you will find explanations on how to use the
menu and a description of the most important menu
items.
•
Service menu is intended for customer service only.

4.10.1 Calling up the Service Menu

1. The appliance is powered up for max. 2 minutes
after grid reset
2. The appliance must not be switched on
3. Press and hold the pulsating key
4. Press all cooking zones in counterclockwise
direction, starting with the middle front key. Each
key press will be acknowledged by an acoustic
signal (beep).
5. Release key which was pulsating
6. The service menu is active. The display shows C0
on the display for the left rear cooking zone.

4.10.2 Selecting and changing menu values

Precondition: Enter the service menu as described in
previous section.
1. Select the menu
display/change via the slider.
selected item is displayed on the display for the left
front cooking zone.
2. To change the menu item's value select the menu
item by touching on the displayed menu item.

The selected menu item is displayed by full
brightness

Other displays are dimmed down.

Choose the menu item's value by the slider.

4.10.3 Exiting the Service Menu


Touch the pulsating key.The service menu is exited.
All changes are dropped.

Touch the power key for 2 sec. The service menu is
exited. The changes are saved.
