4. Turn the bowl upside down and allow
the dough to fall onto a well floured
board.
5. Dust the dough well with flour and
quickly knead together to form a nice
dough ball.
Warning!
– Pull out the mains plug before
cleaning the appliance.
– Always allow the appliance to
cool down before cleaning. The
lid 2 can take up to 45 minutes
to
cool
to
temperature, as the terracotta it is
made from retains heat very well.
– Never immerse the mains cable
and the bottom section 1 in
liquids.
Caution! Never use caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents, as they could damage your
appliance.

7. Cleaning

soapy water.

cleaning. If it becomes dirty, clean it in
clear, warm water with a soft brush.

cloth or a soft, damp sponge. You may
also use a little detergent in order to help
remove fatty deposits.
4. Do not use the appliance again until all
components have completely dried.
Caution! If the appliance is to stored
for a long period after cleaning, lightly
oil the baking plate 7 to prevent the
build-up of rust.
8. Disposal
