6. Saddle and fenders:
Remove the saddle from the packaging.
Open the fastening screws of the saddle (alternately and on both sides) to align the seat post straight.
Tighten the fastening screws again.
Take the finished bicycle saddle and insert it into the seat tube.
Please note the imprint "MINIMUM INSERT" or the notch on the seat post, which marks the minimum
insertion depth of the seat post. The saddle must never be positioned higher [Fig. 5].
Please adjust the saddle so that the soles (balls of the feet) of the little rider reach very good contact with the
ground. The saddle itself should be aligned horizontally with a very slight incline (2-5 °).
Depending on the length of the upper body, the saddle can be moved forwards or backwards
(saddle on rails).

Fender
The two fenders are one inside another. Disassemble the fenders. One fender is attached above the front
wheel and the other fender above the rear wheel. The rear wheel fender is attached to the cross strut. The
front fender to the hole in the bicycle fork.
The screw and nut for fastening are already at the assembly point.
Before tightening the screw nut, push the fender up as far as possible.
The fender must not touch the tire.
If necessary
- you can also press the fender carefully into the correct position. After tightening the screw nut
for attaching the fender, you can press the fender without concerns in the desired position. By pressing it is
possible for you to easily deform the hanger on the fender.
