4 Commissioning
Before commissioning the REFUSOL

Confirm the correct power supply connection
•
Confirm the correct connection of PV strings
•
Confirm that connectors are protected such that they cannot

4.1 Switching on the Device

The screen contents of the inverter vary depending on the menu displayed (while no entry is
made). If entries cannot be made, the inverter displays the initial screen.
Initial screen
After an entry has been made, the inverter displays the default setting on restart.
All inverters not used during configuration display the starting screen.

Note: - Verify that the device is connected to line voltage. If not, insert the
- external power fuse or turn on the circuit breaker
- Set the DC isolating switch on the REFUSOL
- The inverter will not start running with connected PV field before the -
- DC isolator is switched on.
Note: If parameters of the inverter have been adjusted to the utility company's
special requirements, the starting screen displays a corresponding note.
