Explanatory notes on the LED display on the tool
The LED in conjunction with the control electronics is used for information
about the charging condition of the battery and the tool.
SELFTEST!
When inserting the battery, the light emitting
diode display flashes several times, indicating
that the electronic control carries out its self
test successfully.
Caution! Wait approx. 30 sec between the
removal of the empty battery and the insertion
of the charged battery in order to allow the self
test to be carried out.
BATTERY
If the light emitting diode display is permanently
EMPTY!
illuminated for approx. 20 sec after an
operation, the battery is discharged and must
be recharged.
MAINTENANCE!
If the light emitting diode display flashes for
approx. 20 sec at the end of an operation,
maintenance is necessary (after 5.000
jointing). The device is to be sent to the plant
as soon as possible.
MAINTENANCE!
If the light emitting diode display is illuminated

for approx. 20 sec and then flashes,

time the battery is empty.

Insertion of the push-in jaw
