4.3.4 Blender Statistics
Blend Cycle Counts
You can review the total number of cycles run and the number of cycles run for
each button�
1�Press and hold buttons 2 and 4 for 1 second to enter the menu�
2�Use button 1 to scroll through the menu and then button 5 to select Cycle
Counts�
3�Use button 1 to scroll and see the number of cycles run in each category�
4�Press pulse button to cancel and return to the previous menu�
Note: The counts for pulse cycles increment on a different basis. Time accumu-
lates each time the pulse button is pressed. The count will increment after the
first 0.5 seconds of pulse time, and every 20 seconds of pulse time thereafter.
Diagnostic Error Log
You can review the diagnostic errors that have been logged on the blender�
1�Press and hold buttons 2 and 4 for 1 second to enter the menu�
2�Use button 1 to scroll through the menu and then button 5 to select Diagnostic
Counts�
3�Use button 1 to scroll and see the number of errors in each category�
4�Press pulse button to cancel and return to the previous menu�
Exporting Blender Statistics
Exporting blender statistics (cycle counts, errors, settings and firmware versions)
is a way to save diagnostic information, which Blendtec's customer service and
repair experts will use if problems arise with your blender�
To export blender statistics to a USB drive, complete the following steps:
1�Locate the USB port on the bottom of the blender�
2�Plug the USB flash drive into the blender's USB port�
Note: If the blender is in manual or automatic operation mode, the USB
flash drive menu will automatically load on the screen� If the blender is in
