Not permitted
- The use of the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel for permanent use on the vehicle.
- Exceeding the speed limit of 80 km/h.
- Installation by insufficiently trained operating personnel.
- Surface treatments on the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel with material-damaging effects. These include heat treat-
ments, welding and drilling, etc.
- The introduction of shocks or impacts into the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel.
Organisational measures and safety
Attention: Improper use of the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel can result in serious injury,
death and property damage! Therefore, follow all the instructions in the operating
instructions!
- Use may only be carried out by authorised and adequately trained persons and in compliance with the applicable
laws and safety regulations.
- The user must ensure that no persons are present in the danger zone during installation.
- Improper handling and incorrect use of the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel can cause considerable danger. Improper
handling can lead to traffic accidents and there is a considerable risk to life and limb.
- When installing the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel, follow the same safety instructions as for a normal wheel change.
- All drivers of a vehicle with a ProLux Multi Fit Wheel installed must be instructed by the installer about the
changed driving and reaction behaviour before driving.
- When fitting the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel, always wear suitable protective equipment and show consideration for
yourself and others.
- Only use the spacer washers and wheel bolt adapters specified in the allocation list for your vehicle. If the
vehicle is not listed in the allocation list, the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel may only be used if a trained person has
satisfied themselves that the Multi Fit Wheel is free-floating and can be mounted safely.

Initial operation

Attention: Before each use, the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel must be checked for damage and operational
safety by careful visual inspection. Damaged wheels must not be used and must be removed from
service for inspection by an expert.
- Watch your hands when fitting the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel. There is danger of crushing.
- Always secure the vehicle against rolling away on slopes.
- Make sure that the vehicle is securely jacked up before fitting the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel. Never work under a
vehicle that is only raised with a jack. Always use suitable additional jack stands. Check the vehicle carefully for
any damage that may prevent the use of the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel. These include in particular:
- Damage in the wheel housing
- Damage to the brake system
- Damage to the wheel hub or wheel mounting and to the entire axle.
Installation
Only install the ProLux Multi Fit Wheel to suitable vehicles. Additional information on this can be found in the
vehicle manufacturer's operating instructions.
1. Raise the vehicle with a jack in a designated jacking location and secure it with suitable jack stands. Then
remove the defective vehicle wheel.
2. The allocation list shows vehicles that have already been approved. This list contains information on the use
of the correct adapters, required fitting of the wheel spacers and the matching
wheel bolts.
3. Different wheel hub adapters for different bolt patterns are available depending on the version. The adapters
are marked by means of a counterbore (1 - 6 marking points correspond to the identification number 1 - 6 of
the allocation list).
