WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY - PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT - SPINNING
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE
USING YOUR MOVEMENT EQUIPMENT. WHEN USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU WILL BE
AGREEING TO THE FOLLOW THE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Brudden Equipamentos Ltda guarantees all new Movement products are free of defects
in materials and manufacturing for the warranty periods established below. The
warranty period begins on the date of issue of the bill of sale of the product issued by the
accredited dealer. This warranty applies only to defects found during the warranty
period and only to the original purchaser of the product. Parts repaired or exchanged
under the terms of this warranty do not interrupt or extend the expiration of the
warranty originally stipulated. To use this guarantee, the purchaser must contact
Brudden or an authorized Brudden assistant within 30 days after finding any
nonconformity and make the product available for inspection by BRUDDEN or its
technical assistance.
BRUDDEN's commitment to this warranty is limited as shown below.
PWarranty and Coverage Period Important:
To be fully covered for the period described, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT
on the website www.movement.com.br/garantia.
If the registration is NOT COMPLETED, ONLY the legal warranty of the Consumer
Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days will be valid.

*Battery, Bearings, pedal, footrest adjustments, belt and steel cable, position /
load adjustment knob, saddle, fairing and Surfaces subject to friction

This warranty is only valid if it is in accordance with the conditions below:
1 - This warranty applies to bicycles, only when:
•The product has been purchased by the original buyer and with proof of original
purchase (purchase invoice);
