WARRANTY
•It has not been the subject of: accident, misuse or neglect, improper operation, abuse,
improper transport and storage, maintenance at odds with the specifications contained
in the operating instructions, improper service, or modification not performed by
Brudden;
•The replacement parts used have been provided by Brudden;
•Complaints made within the warranty period.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
•Parts with natural wear and finishing items, including but not limited to the following:
belts in general, pulsation sensor, panels, rubber keyboards, adhesives, adhesive panels,
module cabinet, transport wheels, pedal straps, seats, rubber, brake shoes;
•Products repaired or modified by outsources, without prior written authorization by
Brudden;
•Products used in locations with large temperature and humidity fluctuations such as
saunas and/or near heated swimming pools;
Repairs performed in Movement products without the series number or with altered

or damaged identification;
•Service call for correct product installations or instruction to owners on how to use the
product;
•Pickup and delivery for repairs;
•Any expense for services that took place after the service warranty period.
General conditions of the warranty
The Brudden Limited Warranty service can be obtained by contacting an authorized
dealer from whom the product was purchased. The costs of any transport or freight for
the product to technical assistance including a technical visit made by authorized
Assistant, are paid by the purchaser, whether or not the product is covered by this
warranty.
The responsibility of this warranty is limited exclusively to repair, modification or
replacement of the product supplied. Brudden is not responsible for damages to people,
third parties, other equipment and facilities, lost profits, or any incidental or consequent
damages.
Brudden reserves the right to paralyze the manufacture of its products without prior
notice and/or modify the specifications and introduce improvements to the products at
any time, without incurring the obligation to make the same changes on products that
were manufactured previously.
