Insert the stack guide rails (5) into openings in the
bottom lateral frame (4). Assemble all elements of
the bottom frame (1, 2, 3, 4 and 8).

Assemble the push-up handle and attach it to the
base.

Slide rubber rings (65) onto the guide rails (5).

Mount the cable guide rollers onto the roller
attachments and set up cables according to the

description below. Screw rollers with cables to the
attachments.

Start attaching the cables with cable (48). Thread

the flat side of the cable around the roller indicated
on figure VIIa No. 5, until it comes to rest on the

end stop, and then through rollers 6,7,8 and 9. Use
carabiners to attach the cable to chains, and then the

chains to the attachment in the base and the short
3
bar respectively.
3.
Then attach cable (49). Start by screwing the cable to
2
the right butterfly arm (13). Thread the cable around
the roller indicated on figure VIIa No. 12 and then
rollers 10 and 11. Once threaded around roller No.
11, screw the cable end to the left butterfly arm (14).
4.
Lastly, attach cable (50). Thread the flat side of
the cable around the roller indicated on figure
VIIa No. 1, until it comes to rest on the end stop.
Then thread cable around rollers No. 2, 3 and
4 and finally through the large spacer (75) and
attach to the weight stack adjustment segment.
