Problem
Motor not running.
Motor stops immediately
after starting.
Motor runs, but no suction.

suction.
The motor stops during
operation.
Machine blows dust.

Cause
Power supply not connected.
An engine has broken down.
Incorrect fuse.
Suction hose not connected.
Suction hose perforated.
Blocked filter.
Suction hose too long or narrow.
Hose partially blocked.
Top of machine poorly fitted.
Dust trapped in cyclone.
The non-return valves are damaged.
The motor is overheated.
Filter loose or damaged.

Action
Connect power supply.
Test each engine individually to see which one
has broken. Replace the engine.
Replace with correct fuse.
Connect hose.
Replace hose.
Clean or replace.
Replace hose.
Reverse or clean hose.
Adjust fitting.
Remove top and clean cyclone.
Replace manifold.
Check that the machine is not throttled & wait
until the machine has cooled down (approx.
30min).
Check and replace as necessary.
