INTRODUCTION

READ THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THE WELDER
This manual is to be handed over to the factory manager who should make sure it is distributed to the personnel
in charge of installing, using and servicing the welder. Said manager should check that all the information
outlined in this document, as well as in the attached documents, has been read and fully understood. Store
this manual in a safe place, within reach, so that it may always be consulted any time doubts arise.
The welders described in this manual were designed to be used only for professional purposes and exclusively in
an industrial context.

INTENDED USE

The welder, subject-matter of this manual (TSW1000CAR, TSW1500CAR), was designed and built to weld studs,
plain pins, bushes and broaches from Ø 2 mm to Ø 8 mm, faston connectors and other metallic accessories, both
ferrous and non-ferrous, by means of the capacitor discharge stud welding, tip ignition TS technique. The machine
can also work with contact guns (spring), item 88188.
This machine is to be used exclusively with original accessories or accessories approved by the manufacturer.
Always use first-rate pins with TS tip ignition for capacitor discharge welding. These pins should comply
with standards and be made of metal compatible with the welds to be carried out.
Do not make any modifications whatsoever, not even the slightest one, because they will void both the CE
certification and the warranty.
The manufacturer will not be held liable for injury/damage to people/animals/property or the machine itself if it is not
used as recommended or if the safety guidelines stated in this manual are not fully and duly complied with.
