SYSTEM STARTUP
After having read the previous part of the manual, with special attention to the "Installation" and "Safety" sections,
proceed as follows:
1 Place the welder in a steady and safe position. Air circulation must be free both at inlet and outlet and the welder
must be protected against liquids, dirt, file dust, etc.
2 Check that the mains voltage matches the one indicated on the generator's rating plate, that the ground connection
is efficient, and that plug and socket are of the corresponding type.

3 Route the cables so that they do not get into anyone's way, do not create danger and will not be damaged.
4 People with pacemakers are not allowed to use the machine or go near the cables.
5 Plug the ground cable plug item 88002 all the way into socket 8 and turn clockwise using force.
6 Plug the gun's power supply and command plug (item 88190-88191-88192-88193-88188) into socket 7 and
tighten the safety ring nut all the way.

7 Turn on the welder by means of switch 3. (Do not turn the welder on and off too often because the dissipation
of the energy inside the capacitors might cause overheating and damage).
8 In order to limit one's exposure to the magnetic field, hold the gun's cable on the side of the hand that holds the
gun and try to avoid tangling the cable.
