• Wash the pad softly with your fingertips under slow running cold water several seconds (do not use a sponge/cloth/sharp object like a
nail on adhesive side, do not use detergents, chemicals or soap).
• Dry the pads and let the adhesive surface air-dry completely (do not wipe with a tissue paper or cloth).
CAUTION:
• The life of pads may vary by the frequency of washing, skin condition, and storage state.
• If the pad no longer sticks to your skin or the pad is broken, you should replace new pads.
• Before applying the self-adhesive electrodes, it is recommended to wash the skin, and then dry it.
• Do not turn on the device when the electrodes are not positioned on the body.
• Never remove the self-adhesive electrodes from the skin while the device is still turned on.
• If replacement electrodes are necessary, use only electrodes that are the same size (40*40mm) as the electrodes provided with the
device.
• Use of electrodes that are larger may reduce the effect of the stimulation. Use of electrodes that are much smaller than the electrodes
provided with the device may increase.
STORAGE
• Remove the batteries from the unit if you are not going to use it for a long period of time. Leaking batteries can damage the unit.
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight and protect it against dirt and moisture.
• Store the device in a cool, well-ventilated place.
• Never place any heavy objects on the device.

Check Points
Are the batteries exhausted?
Are the batteries installed correctly?
Is the adaptor connected to the device and
main socket correctly?
Is the battery exhausted?
Is the battery install correctly?
You feet may be dry.
Placing both bare feet on the foot pads at
the same time.
You may be dehydrated.
Is the intensity too weak?
Possible solution
Replace the batteries.
Insert the batteries observing polarity.
Re-connect the adaptor to the device
and main socket according to " Steps to
connect the Power stepper " in this manual.
Replace the battery.
Insert the battery observing polarity.
Moisturize the sole of your feet preferably
with a heel balm high in urea from your
local pharmacy and try the procedure
again. You may also have to increase the
intensity level.
Ensure that your feet are bare and each
foot is placed on each of the foot pads
at the same time. Keep increasing the
intensity up to a maximum of 80 until you
can feel the stimulation.
Drink plenty of water before and after using
the device. The device uses your body to
create the electrical circuit. Water is an
excellent conductor of electricity and if your
body is less hydrated (below 60%) then
the stimulation may be less. Therefore it is
important to always remain well hydrated.
Use a higher intensity level.
