10. Installation

Warning!
Health risk from toxic vapours
Toxic vapours can be emitted by the cleaning agents when operating the
cleaning equipment.
→ Connect the cleaning equipment to an exhaust air system. Always
comply with the national building regulations of the country where the
equipment is being used.
Notice!
The pressure must be released from the compressed air pipe before
connecting to the units.
■ Use the fastening screws [1-10] to mount the door handle [1-9] and the
clamp spring [1-11] to the door [1-12] .
■ Align the cleaning equipment with the adjustable feet.
■ Connect the exhaust air system at the fitting [1-16].
■ Insert filter mat [3-6] .
■ Connect the connection nipple to the air connection [1-4] and connect
the compressed air supply.
■ Arrange for a qualified professional to connect the earthing cables with
spring washer and flat washer.
■ Fill the rinsing agent and cleaning agent tanks [1-7] / [1-8] half full with
fresh cleaning agent.
■ Place the cleaning agent tank [1-8] in the left side of the collecting tank
[1-6].
■ Place the cleaning agent tank under the left connection in the collecting
tank.
■ Connect the rinsing agent tank [1-7] at the double pipe intake.
■ Open the ball valve [3-5].
