■ Fill the rinsing agent and cleaning agent tanks [1-7] / [1-8] half full with
fresh cleaning agent.
■ Place the cleaning agent tank [1-8] in the left side of the collecting tank
[1-6].
■ Place the cleaning agent tank under the left connection in the collecting
tank.
■ Connect the rinsing agent tank [1-7] at the double pipe intake.
■ Open the ball valve.
12.2. Change the filter mat
■ Mark the position of the wire strap on the perforated plate [3-7] and
remove.
■ Remove perforated plate.
■ Remove filter mat [3-6] .
■ Insert new filter mat in the correct position (note the punchings!).
■ Insert perforated plate in the correct position.
■ Insert wire strap.

Damage from wrong cleaning agents
Use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the cleaning equipment.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning solution with a pH of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, caustic solutions, bases, paint strippers, unsuitable
regenerates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Operate SATA multi clean 2 either only with aqueous cleaning agents
or only with cleaning agents containing solvents (no alternating opera-
tion).
Careful handling together with regular care of the product is necessary to
warrant the functioning of the cleaning equipment.
Clean the cleaning equipment at regular intervals and check for leaks.
■ Check the edge of the cleaning cell and the cover [1-14] for any signs of
sediment and clean if necessary.
■ Replace the rinsing agent tank and cleaning agent tank [1-7] / [1-8] when
the need arises (see 10.5).
