10.4 Lubrication
• Every 2 months or 80 hours of operation, lubricate the needle at the point of the gland stud, where possible with PTFE grease.
• Every 2 months or 80 hours of operation, lubricate the air valve rod, where possible with PTFE grease.
10.5 Replacing worn or damaged cartridge O-rings
• Sealing e ciency at the point of the cartridge thread is guaranteed, on model OSP310 by an O-Ring, which over
time can become damaged or worn, in which case it should be replaced; it may also require replacement when soiled or
frequently cleaned using solvents.
• Unscrew the cartridge support tube anti-clockwise to remove.
• Identify the O-ring seal in its seat.
• Use a suitable tool to remove the O-ring
• Insert the new O-ring in the seat
• Check sealing e ciency of the new seal when using for the rst time.
11 - SPECIAL MAINTENANCE by maintenance engineer/retailer
• Replacement of parts or worn/uncleanable seals: after a period of frequent use or in the event of lack of/incorrect cleaning of
the gun, some parts may be worn, damaged or contaminated without the possibility of cleaning; in the case of parts that need
to be replaced but not speci ed in the routine maintenance section, contact your nearest retailer to request a maintenance
service (this intervention may require delivery of the gun to the manufacturer).
12 - FAULTS AND DAMAGE by maintenance engineer/retailer
In the event of faults and/or breakdowns of gun components, do not try to repair them. Do not use the gun with temporary
repairs or damaged or worn out components, or with non-original components used as a replacement.
Repairs shall be carried out solely and exclusively by authorized workshops or directly by the manufacturer. Contact your dealer.

14 - NOTE REGARDING REACH REGULATION NO. 1907/2006
According to the obligations of the above-mentioned regulation, the manufacturer reports that:
some components of the series applicators contain a concentration of lead (Pb) CAS: 7439-92-1 greater than 0.1% calculated
weight/weight, precisely in the brass parts and in some aluminium alloys a varying percentage but in any case less than 3%
considering weight on weight.
Lead (Pb) is contained in the list of SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) candidates of the ECHA (European Chemicals
Agency).
15 - DISPOSAL
The components of our applicators are mostly made with highly recyclable materials. Please deliver the applicator to a quali ed
waste disposal centre so that it is disposed of in the proper manner and that its parts are sent to recycling.
The information provided in point 14 must be noti ed to the waste disposer/recycler of the applicator.
16 - WARRANTY
The quality of the products supplied is covered by a warranty All components deemed faulty will be replaced by our technical
department with no charges, only if returned without tampering or stains and if delivered DDP to our plant. The manufacturing
company is not liable for personal injuries or damage to property due to improper use, or actions expressly forbidden in this
manual. For this reason, this product should be used exclusively after reading and fully understanding the contents of these
instructions.
The sale of disassembled, altered or incomplete guns or air sprays (upon speci c request of the client) is not covered by
warranty as our technical department is unable to test and approve them. Given the type of product and speci cations in this
manual, the return of guns that are unclean or clogged with hardened materials will not be accepted, due to the impossibility
of repairs.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
- Open the handwheel (pos. 9)
- Push the trigger fully down
- Follow the relevant instructions/recommendations (point 4.2)
- Change the O-rings on the front base
- Clean all pipelines, cap and spray nozzle
Clean the gun thoroughly
- Change the type of material or replace the cartridge
- Replace damaged nozzle or needle
- Gun blocked; perform operations as described in point 4.2
- Proceed with a thorough cleaning of the gun and all internal
pipelines, and strictly follow procedure 4.2 to avoid this problem
in the future. (If possible, insert the solvent in an empty and clean
cartridge).
