11 Display Battery state, hours counter
12 Lift/lower command Controls the lifting/lowering of forks.
13 Throttle Controls the driving speed and direction
14 Warning signal button Activates a warning signal.
15 Collision safety switch Safety function which, when activated, forces the
truck to reverse for approx. 3 seconds and then cuts
out until the controller is briefly restored to neutral.
Low Voltage Protection
This vehicle has a low-voltage protection function.
When the battery voltage is less than, the vehicle will
appear that the driving speed is slow, but the fork can
be lifted. And now the battery needs to be charged.
Key switch
Switches the truck on and off. Removing the key prevents the truck from being switched on by unauthorized personnel.
Display
The truck is fitted with a display that lights on when the truck is turned on and displays the battery status and the operating hours. In case of inactivity of the truck, the
indicator automatically turns off, lighting again with a new usage.
Battery status: a segmented bar shows the battery capacity; when all segments have disappeared the capacity is below 20% and the battery must be recharged. This
condition is identified by the indication "LOW BATTERY" replacing the segmented bar.
Operating hours: time when the truck is in operating position (tiller switch active)
Power up test
On power up the display shows:
– the operating hours
– the charge status
