HOW TO CORRECT PROBLEMS IN THE MACHINE

Problem
The machine will not run.
The machine will not
start .
The brush warning light
illuminates.
The machine is vibrating
excessively.

Cause
The machine may not have
any power.
The power cord may be
damaged.
The pad is worn or dirty.
The machine may have no power.
The carbon brushes need
replacing.
The pad is not installed
correctly.
The pad is worn or damaged.
The pad is defective.
Pad not rated for RPM of high
speed burnisher.
Deffective pad driver.
Make sure the machine is connected to
the correct voltage and frequency and
that all connections are tight or,
Make sure the machine is plugged in.
Contact an authorized service person
Clean the pad. If the pad is worn, replace it.

Remove the pad. Install the pad correctly.
Center the pad properly on pad holder
periphery.
Install a new pad.
Inspect and install a new pad.
Use proper pad.

with handle and start machine. If machine
vibrates, replace pad driver.
