2. Route the wires away from communication and secure them to the bulkhead
to avoid pulling.
3. Using butt connectors suitable for 18 gauge wire, connect the fuse holder to
the positive (brown) wire between the battery and the switch.
4. Place the fuse holder in an easily accessible location.
CAUTION! Use a fuse holder with adequate amperage.
5. Install a three-way switch that allows the pump to be set for automatic or
manual operation.
6. Turn the pump on and turn the test knob clockwise to test operation. Feed
water to the pump. If the output appears to be too low, check the hose
connections. Reverse connections will cause the impeller to rotate
counterclockwise, which significantly reduces output and may cause
premature pump failure.
