3.7. POWER SUPPLY

The instrument is powered by a 9 V alkaline battery (type 6LF22).
The nominal operating voltage is between 7 and 10 V.
The battery life is 100 hours in continuous operation.
When the green (ON) indicator starts flashing, the remaining battery life is approx-
imately 8 hours.
When the indicator no longer lights, the battery must be replaced (see §4.2).
