3. Once both springs are installed, attach the
handlebar between the springs using the handle
screws and lock washers. (See Figure 17)
NOTE: There are two open holes along
handlebar. These should be pointed toward the
floor.

4. Push the handle into the holes on the handlebar.

5. To slide mobile units in the track, pull the handle
down and push the unit until it is under the front
track. Release, and the mobile unit is successfully
in the track. Do the same for the other mobile unit(s).
The finished product should look like this:
