10. DRAWBACKSAND REMEDIES
If inside temperature isn't low enough.
Check if: The door is perfectly closed; the thermostat is in the correct position;
• The freezer is not near a heat source;
• The freezer is not installed against the wall and that there is free circulation of
air;
• There isn't excess frost on the cooling grids.
If inside temperature is too low.
Check if:
• The thermostat is in the correct position;
If the appliance is too noisy.
Check if:
• The equipment is level;
• The rear element isn't touching the back wall;
The equipment isn't working at all.
Check that:
• The thermostat isn't set at stop;
• The power supply isn't off;
• The plug is properly in the wall outlet;
• The power cable isn't broken (see the section headed IMPORTANT SAFETY
WARNINGS). If the freezer still won't work properly after carrying out the
procedures described above, call the nearest CUSTOMER SERVICE (indicated on
attached slip).
If still your appliance is not working correctly, please contact your nearer store or
follow the steps mentioned in next part of this manual.
11. AFTER SALES SERVICE
This appliance has a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase, considering the
following notes:
• Guarantee is only valid showing the invoice or purchase ticket.
