Access data
Keep the access data letter that you received with
your device at delivery. If the initial access data letter
is lost, please contact your Porsche Partner.
The data contained in this letter is explained here:
Serial Number:
Serial number. If contacting customer service or
your Porsche partner, specify the serial number.
SSID:
WiFi network name of the energy manager dis-
played on your end device (in hotspot mode)
WiFi PSK:
WiFi password, network key
PLC DPW/DAK:
PLC security code for pairing the energy man-
ager with a PLC network
IP Address:
IP address for calling the Web Application via the
browser on the end device (in hotspot mode)
Hostname:
Host name for calling the Web Application via
the device's browser. The end device and energy
manager must be in the same network.
Password Home User:
Initial password for Web Application home users
Password Tech User:
Initial password for Web Application Customer
Service
EEBus Name:
Name of the energy manager displayed during
pairing
EEBus SKI:
Identification number (SKI) of the energy man-
ager displayed during pairing
WiFi CLIENT MAC, WiFi AP MAC, ETH0 MAC,
ETH1 MAC, PLC MAC, PLC MODEM MAC:
MAC addresses: If the home network is equipped
with a MAC address lock, allow these MAC ad-
dresses if necessary.
Password of the Web Application
The password is used to log in to the Web Applica-
tion.

If the initial password is lost, please contact your
authorized Porsche dealer.
If a user-defined password is lost, the passwords of
the Web Application can be reset to factory settings
and thus reactivate the initial password.

To reset all passwords, simultaneously press the
Reset
and CTRL
buttons on the Energy
Manager for 5 to 10 seconds.
