- The lower guard should only be retracted manually for
special cuts, such as "deep cuts" and "mixed cuts". Lift
the lower guard by the retracting lever, and as soon as
the blade has penetrated the workpiece, the lower guard
can be released. For all other cuts, the lower guard
should move freely;
- Always ensure that the lower guard is completely
covering the blade before placing the circular saw on the
workbench or floor;
▪ Do not apply too much pressure on the circular saw
against the work piece/object. If the speed drops
abruptly, you must reduce immediately;
▪ Never start the circular saw when the blade is touching
the workpiece. You should only touch the blade against
the workpiece after reaching the maximum rotation
speed;
▪ When resuming the cutting operation, align the blade on
the existing cut and ensure that the blade teeth are not
touching the workpiece and the blade reaches maximum
speed. If the blade is stuck, the workpiece may move
forward or backward when the blade starts to rotate;
▪ Do not use abrasive cut-off wheels.
Keep your hands away from the blade and cutting
surface, the blade can jump back to you and cause
serious injury.
1. Unplug the power cord;
2. Pull the lower guard retracting lever (5) to the fully open
position;
3. Release the lever and it should return to the fully closed
position.
1. Loosen the angle scale fixing bolt;
2. Slide the base plate (2) upwards or downwards to select
the appropriate depth for the cut to be performed;
3. Tighten the bolt. The marking on the bolt indicates the
chosen depth.
The cutting angle can be set on the angle scale between 0°
and 45°.
1. Loosen the bolt (9) of the cutting angle scale (8);
2. Adjust the angle (0° - 45°) according to the desired tilt:
0°- Vertical cut;
45° - Miter cut;
3. Tighten the bolt.
The parallel guide (11) is used to ensure that a cut is
performed in parallel to the end of the workpiece.
1. Loosen the parallel guide fixing bolt (10);
2. Adjust the guide to the desired cutting width;
3. Tighten the bolt.
1. Plug in the power cord;
2. Hold the circular saw with both hands, one hand on the
main handle and the other on the auxiliary handle (7);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch and the "ON/OFF" switch lock-
on button simultaneously. If you do not press the lock-
on button, the "ON/OFF" switch will remain locked;
4. Push the circular saw in the desired cutting direction;
5. To switch off the circular saw, release the "ON/OFF"
switch.
The cutting position can be checked on the notch of the
base plate.
1. On the base plate (2) there is a notch, for bevel and
vertical cuts. This indicator allows you to guide the saw
along the cut lines marked on the workpiece. The notch
must be aligned with the left side of the blade.
