Fix the lower handlebars (31L) and (31R) to the support tube (30) with
hexagonal bolts (17), spring washers (8) and washers (19).
Attach the brackets (58) to the crank (77) with the screws (55L) and (55R)
washers (56), then tighten it with the spring washers (59) and the nuts (60L)
and (61R).
Then attach the end caps (52), (61) and (64) to the lower handlebars (31L)
and (31R), and to the pedal tubes (44).
