4. Adjust the control of the product pressure regulator (No.8 Fig.1), turning it clockwise until a
pressure of 1 bar is reached.
5. Remove the absorption probe (DM01/300 part list No.02 and 06 in DM01/400 part list) of the
transferred product container.
6. Deactivate the gun's safety latch and place it in a grounded metal container with the appro-
priate solvent. Take care when placing the gun, which should also be grounded, in this container.
7. Pull and keep the gun's trigger pulled until product stops coming out of it.
8. Without releasing the trigger, close the air passage tap to the pump (No.14 Fig.1).
9. Once again activate the gun's safety latch.
10. Adjust the air pressure inlet regulator control of the pump (No.5 Fig.1) by turning it counter
clockwise.
11. Adjust the product pressure outlet regulator control (No.8 Fig.1) by turning it counter cloc-
kwise.
12. Open and keep open the bleeding tap (No.15 Fig.1), inserting the product return tubing (pro-
be) (No.9 Fig.1) into the container of the product to be applied.
13. Fit the absorption probe (DM01/300 part list No.02 and 06 in DM01/400 part list) into a pro-
perly grounded metal container with the appropriate solvent. Take care when placing the probe,
which should also be grounded, in this container.
14. Fit the product return tubing of the bleeding mechanism (probe) (No.9 Fig.1) into the same
metal container that contains the solvent and secure it appropriately to prevent splashes.
15. Open the air passage tap to the pump (No.14 Fig.1).
16. Turn the air inlet regulator control of the equipment (No.5 Fig.1) turning it clockwise until the
equipment starts up.
17. Keep the equipment running until it is deemed that it is free of product.
18. Close the product outlet tap (No.15 Fig.1).
19. Place the gun into a grounded metal container with the appropriate solvent. Take care when
placing the gun, which should also be grounded, in this container.
20. Deactivate the gun's safety latch.
21. Pull and keep the gun's trigger pulled until product stops coming out of it.
22. Adjust the control of the product pressure regulator (No.8 Fig.1), turning it clockwise until a
pressure of 1 bar is reached.
23. Solvent will start to come out of the gun. Keep the equipment running until it can be seen
that it is free of product.
24. Close the air passage tap to the equipment (No.14 Fig.1), not releasing the trigger of the gun
until solvent stops coming out of the gun.
25. Adjust the control of the product pressure regulator (No.8 Fig.1), turning it counter clockwise
until a pressure of 0 bar is reached.
