Personal requirements
• The device (hoverboard) may only be used by people who have a good
capturing of their surroundings and who can react appropriately to suddenly
changing situations.
Each person using the device must have prepared themselves sufficiently to reduce

the dangers of use as far as possible. It is absolutely necessary to be able to stop and
leave the device safely.
•
The device must only ever be used in a way that is appropriate to the current
capabilities of the user.Learning takes a lot of time.
•
The device may not be used by children under 7 years of age.
•
Children and young people under the age of 14 or those who are untrained must
always be supported by a suitable accompanying person.
•
Pregnant women or people with existing illnesses and injuries for whom overexertion
and falls pose an increased risk are not permitted to use the device.
•
It is not permitted to use the device under the influence of drugs, alcohol or with
otherwise limited attention.
•
The permitted user weight is between 20 kg (44 lb) and 100 kg (220 lb).

General operating conditions
• The device may only be used for locomotion during leisure time. The device
is not approved for commercial purposes, such as rental. The use for acrobatic
purposes is not permitted.

It is not permitted to use the device on public roads or in crowded areas. Use is only
permitted on private property.
•
Unauthorised objects and modifications to the device and accessories are not
permitted.
The basic settings (drive force, steering sensitivity, maximum speed etc.) or general
•
modes (e.g. beginner, normal, professional) that can be reached via the app must
always correspond to the training level of the current user. They must never
overwhelm the user.
