5.WARRANTY TERMS
1. The warranty of this product covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months
based on the date of sales invoice from the original purchaser.
2. The warranty covers authorized technical assistance (SCHULZ Customer Service Center)
provided at our service center replacing parts and components.
3. The warranty does not cover:
(a) Installation and product cleaning services.
(b) Operational adjustments requested by purchaser.
(c) Damage to product (to the external, internal, and functional parts), caused by improper
sizing, usage from operator, modifi cations made by operator in nonconformity to technical speci-
fi cations, brought on by external agents, unfavorable weather conditions, improper accessory
usage, deviation from the purpose of the tool, dropping, and perforations.
(d) Components are not covered in the warranty that degrade through normal wear and tear;
that are effected by the installation and product utilization, such as: blades, bearings, sealing
rings, and other accessories. The above mentioned items are covered by Schulz LTDA. in cases
where the service assistance is brought about by way of manufacturing defects confi rmed by
the (SCHULZ Customer Service Center).
4. The right to the warranty is terminated previous to the standard warranty period as stated in
item 1 if the user does the following:
(a) Does not follow technical and operational recommendations set down in this User Guide.
(b) Does not submit the product to preventive maintenance procedures as described in this
user guide.
(c) Does not use original Schulz replacement parts.
(d) Does not present the sales invoice issued to the original
purchaser.
(e) Submits the product to repairs from non-authorized service centers by Schulz Compresso-
res LTDA.
(f) Violates the original product characteristics.
5. No reseller, sales representative, or technical support assistant from Schulz Compressores
LTDA. is authorized to modify the contents of the terms of this warranty.
6.INSTALLATION
Pressure throttle valves must be used in order to limit air pressure so that the maximum pressu-
re shall be 90 psig or 6.3 bars to comply with the technical specifi cations of this user guide.
Hoses and air tubing must be depressurized before removal or uncoupling, unless there is an au-
tomatic closure valve mechanism whenever uncoupling occurs. Synthetic lubricants may cause
degrading of elastomeric seals. These lubricants cannot be used on pneumatic tool air systems
for pneumatic tools.

Engraxe a cada 300 horas o sistema de impacto com graxa a base de Bissulfeto de
molibdênio;

Lubrifi que a cada 30 dias o sistema de impacto das máquinas que utilizam óleo (SAE 30);
•
Verifi que periodicamente o estado dos acessórios (soquetes, extensões, adaptadores,
etc.) das ferramentas;
•
Verifi que periodicamente peças móveis de sua ferramenta;
•
Verifi que periodicamente a rede de ar assegurando que esta não possui vazamentos,
•
condensado e outras substâncias prejudiciais ao desempenho da ferramenta;
•
Verifi que periodicamente se a pressão do regulador está ajustado para 90 psig (6,3 bar)
com a ferramenta ligada.
4.CUIDADOS
Leia as Instruções de Operação. Familiarize-se sempre com todas as instruções e avisos
antes de operar qualquer ferramenta mecânica.

5.TERMO DE GARANTIA
1. Este produto é garantido contra defeitos de fabricação durante o prazo de 12 (doze) meses
contado a partir data de emissão da nota fi scal de sua venda ao primeiro adquirente.
2. A garantia compreende os serviços do assistente técnico autorizado (POSTO SAC SCHULZ)
prestados na ofi cina para a substituição de peças e de componentes.
3. A garantia não abrange:
(a) Os serviços de instalação e de limpeza do produto.
(b) Os ajustes operacionais solicitados pelo adquirente.
(c) Os danos ocasionados ao produto (na sua parte externa, interna e funcional), por dimen-
sionamento incorreto, por seu uso impróprio, por culpa do usuário, por modifi cações feitas pelo
usuário em desacordo com as especifi cações técnicas, pela ação de agentes externos, por
intempéries, pela utilização de acessórios impróprios, por desvio de fi nalidade, por quedas e por
perfurações.
(d) São excludentes da garantia componentes que se desgas-tam naturalmente com o uso
regular e que são infl uenciados pela instalação e forma de utilização do produto, tais como:
