as despesas relativas aos serviços que envolvam os componentes acima citados, somente nos
casos em que o POSTO SAC SCHULZ constatar defeito de fabricação.
4. O direito à garantia cessa pelo decurso do prazo previsto acima no item 1 e, ainda, se o
usuário:
(a) Deixar de observar as orientações técnicas e operacionais estabelecidas neste Manual de
Instruções.
(b) Deixar de submeter o produto a manutenção preventiva descrita neste manual.
(c) Deixar de utilizar peças de reposição originais Schulz.
(d) Deixar de apresentar a nota fi scal de venda do produto emitida ao seu primeiro adquirente.
(e) Submeter o produto a conserto junto a agentes não credenciados pela Schulz Compressores
LTDA.
(f) Violar as características originais do produto.
5. Nenhum revendedor, representante comercial ou assistente técnico da Schulz Compressores
LTDA. tem autorização para alterar o contido neste termo.
6.INSTRUÇÃO
Devem ser usados reguladores de pressão para limitar a pressão de ar ao máximo de 90 psi ou
6,3 bar, para atender as especifi cações técnicas contidas neste manual.
Mangueiras e linhas de ar devem ser despressurizadas antes de serem desligadas ou desaco-
pladas, a menos que exista proteção por fechamento automático de válvula no acoplamento
que estiver sendo desfeito. Lubrifi cantes sintéticos, que podem causar deterioração de veda-
ções de elastômeros, não devem ser usados em sistemas de ar para ferramentas pneumáticas.

After fi nishing the job, disconnect the air hose and put the tool away in a safe and
appropriate place to avoid any personal injury and/or damage to the tool;
•
Check if the hose is depressurized before disconnecting it from the tool.
Changing accessories:
•
Place the impact socket in the square fi tting and press it.
Adjusting torque:
•
Select the desired torque on the switch located at the back part of the tool.
Recommendations:
•
Use only impact sockets as to avoid accidents.
3.MAINTENANCE
The operator/employer shall be responsible for preventive maintenance assurance based on the
requirements described below:
•
Implement a daily standard operating procedure for tool models that require lubrication
using (SAE) oil following the recommended amount in this user guide;
•
Periodically grease the impact system in impact tools;
•
Grease every 300 hours the impact system that needs grease with grease molybdenum
disulfi de;
•
Grease every 30 days the impact system that needs oil (SAE 30);
•
Verify periodically the condition of accessories (impact sockets and other impact acces-
sories) in tools;
•
Periodically check moving parts in tools;
•
Periodically check the air network tubing and hoses for any possible leaks, condensa-
tions, and any other harmful substances that could damage tools;
•
Periodically check if the pressure regulator is set at 90 psig (6,3 bar) with the tool turned.
4.PRECAUTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions. Become familiar with all instructions and warnings
before operating any mechanical tool.
