Safety instructions
All safety instructions are to be
read thoroughly before using the
IR LD 1.0, and they must be ob-
served.
•
Avoid operating the IR LD 1.0
in direct sunlight and areas of
excessive dust, high humidity,
high temperature, large temper-
ature fluctuations or magnetic
fields.
•
Do not attempt to repair the
IR LD 1.0
•
The IR LD 1.0 display may only
be cleaned with a soft cloth
and neutral cleaning agents.
•
The IR LD 1.0 operates on a
lithium-ion type battery. For
long battery life and safe opera-
tion, observe all warnings.
•
For prolonged and safe opera-
tion, always ensure to charge
the IR LD 1.0 battery between
ambient temperatures of 0 °C
and 45 °C.
•
Disconnect the charger from
the power source when not in
use or charge is complete.
•
Do not try to access the bat-
tery; contact Bosch customer
service for battery replace-
ment.
•
Do not subject the IR LD 1.0 to
impact. Do not deform, pierce,
or damage the battery.
•
Only use a charger certified ac-
cording to local guidelines with
an output rating of 5V DC 1A.

ing or damaged.
If battery fluid gets in
your eyes, flush with
fresh water, seek medi-
cal attention; do not rub
eyes.
Do not use the
IR LD 1.0 in the vicin-
ity of spilled or open
containers of gasoline
or other flammable
substances.
The IR LD 1.0 is de-
signed to operate in
nor mal or non-hazard-
ous environments. Do
not use this equipment
in hazardous/explosive
environments.
