9. Thread tension adjustment
Depending on !he type of material and thread, a different thread tension is required. Tension is adjusted by turning the thread
tensioner knob, located on the top of !he machina arm.
In order to increase the thread tension, turn the knob clockwise. In order to decrease the thread tension, turn the knob counter
clockwise. Do no! increase or decrease !he thread tension by more than a quarter of a turn at once. Make sure the thread is
properly tensioned and, if necessary, re-adjust it.

Open the side cover by loosening two screws. Unscrew two screws (1) of the stitch length adjusting ring (2). Turn ring (2) up
to achieving !he desired value, indicated in !he groove of !he eccentricity index. Then carefully tighten the screws (1 ).

We recommend performing sorne test stitches on various types of materials, in arde� to select an appropriate stitch length.
11. Needle penetration depth adjustment
The depth of needle penetration in the material can be adjusted by turning !he controller of the measuring pin, placed at !he
front of the machina.
Thin materials
lt is recommended to start sewing with smallest possible needle penetration depth and sew a short test seam,
to preven! damage to needle and machina. Alter testing, check material appearance and, if necessary make adjustment to
obtain !he desired look of !he stitch.
Note: lnitial and final value of the penetration depth is adjusted by means of built-in plungers. Do no! push !he needle to
plungers.
